The Glenholme School is a fully accredited, independent, coeducational, special needs boarding school for 125 young people, ages 10 to 21 in grades five through post-graduate, with high functioning autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, Tourette’s, depression, anxiety, and various learning differences.
Accredited by The New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Glenholme offers a comprehensive curriculum spanning career development to college preparatory for students of all ability levels which leads to a high school diploma. Academic instruction is designed on an individual basis to complement and challenge each student’s strengths and abilities. All students have executive functioning and skill development goals as part of their educational plan. Students also have the opportunity to take courses, including AP classes, through the on-line program with Virtual High School (VHS). The Glenholme philosophy focuses on the whole experience. Students learn to live and thrive with others as an integral part of a community.
